Fitoplus/Fitopets sends its products from Slovenia.

Orders made on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. The delivery occurs generally within 3-4 working days with GLS, but with countries in Southern/Eastern Europe it may take longer.

Exceptions:

Switzerland: shipping with GLS costs always €16,00.
Grand Canaria and Tenerife: shipping with GLS costs always €33,00.
Delivery within 21 days.
Balearic Islands: shipping with GLS always at 16,00€.
Albania: shipping with GLScosts always €19,00.
Only Italy has cash on delivery option for an additional 1.50€.
