One of the best magnesium supplements, no doubt. High efficiency and tolerability with perceptible results in short time if well recommended.
There are some small difficulties related to dosage: the needle is not very suitable for dosage precision. The company that produces it (RNA Reset) could use a dropper which would have been much more comfortable. The taste is rather unpleasant at first but then, as the body detoxifies, it tends to be less bitter.
Price wise I tend not to argue as in my opinion the quality pays off and this product’s quality is is very high. Overall it is great.

Picometer-Ionic Magnesium

Instructions	Adult Maintenance Dose: 1/2 cap or 1/2 tsp twice daily, for a total of 1 tsp, in water or juice with or without food. This dose is only used after several months of a therapeutic dose of 2-4 tsp. Begin slowly taking 1/4 tsp daily and increasing by 1/4 tsp every 2 days to the desired dose. Best taken in a liter of water - sipped through the day along with ReMyte and sea salt (celtic or himalayan salt - NO table salt!) . IMPORTANT: besides the liter of water with Remag (and/or with Remyte) it's vital to drink another liter of water without anything mixed inside in order to eliminate toxins, if not, they may remain inside the body! Juices, coffees or teas don't count. If 2 liters of liquid per day are too much, drink the Remag dosage in half liter and then drink as much normal water as possible! Intensive Dose: 2-4 tsp daily. Determine this dose with your health care practitioner and/or do periodic blood testing for your magnesium levels with a Magnesium RBC test through your doctor. Children 3-12 years, take ½ the adult dose. You may mix with some juice without sugar. Note: The bottle cap is a helpful and accessible measure but to guarantee the correct dose, use a measuring spoon. Note: If you seem to be very magnesium-deficient or if you are toxic from the use of medications or from an unhealthy diet, begin very slowly to allow your body to adjust. Some people may want to take even less than 1/4 tsp in a liter of water to begin their treatment. You can put a few ounces of ReMag in a dropper bottle and start with 2-4 drops in a liter of water. This may seem a trivial amount but each drop contains 2.5 mg of magnesium and this amount is rapidly absorbed into cells and can start eliminating excess calcium, heavy metals and toxins and thus give you a detox effect. Proceeding very slowly is a safe and effective way of eliminating these toxins and beginning to improve your magnesium status. If you are a veteran magnesium-taker, you can begin with the maintenance dose: ½ teaspoon twice a day: ½ tsp = 150 mg elemental magnesium. In case of illness or if you are on medications that drain magnesium, you may want to increase your dosage to ½-1 teaspoon, two to three times a day to increase your magnesium saturation. It is best to put the full day's dose into a liter of water and sip through the day (along with ReMyte and sea salt). You can follow your magnesium saturation with a blood test that can be ordered online. The optimum level of your Magnesium RBC should be 6.0-6.5mg/dL in a range of 4.2-6.8mg/dL. Those who suffer of thyroiditis (hashimoto), frequently has also candida overgrowth, and should first start with Remag following the "Complement Protocol" (read below) together with heavy metal chelation to eliminate candida and a diet free from grains, milk products, sugars and alcohol, and only then add a few drops of Remyte in order to avoid strong detox reactions. COMPLETEMENT FORMULAS SUGGESTED PROTOCOL People find that using all the Completement Formulas together works extremely well. Here is the suggested protocol for incorporating ReMag, ReMyte, ReAline* and RnA Drops. *due to restrictive EU legislation at the moment we do not ship ReAline, but you may use instead organic sulphur in powder. 1. While waiting for your products to arrive, begin hydrating your body by increasing water intake and adding sea salt. Water Intake Guidelines: ½ your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water. If you weigh 150 lbs (68 kg) you will drink 75 ounces (2,25 liters). Sea salt (celtic salt or himalyan salt, NO table salt) – 1/4-1/2 tsp of sea salt in every quart of drinking bottle or filtered water – to one of those bottles add you ReMag and ReMyte. IMPORTANT: the water must NOT make you thirtsy! If so, reduce the amount of salt. 2. When the products arrive, begin ReAline capsules to assist in detoxing/taking out the trash.
